Ethan Wilson recently joined the team as Vice President. Ethan’s previous experience includes Balance Point Capital, Lincoln International, and Sparring Partners Capital. Ethan focuses on originating, structuring, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities.
Graham Pake has been promoted to Associate. Graham joined Route 2 in 2023 and is actively involved in structuring, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities. He also works closely with the team in portfolio management.
